Who we are

ad6mski is an independent seller of secondhand garments, trading as [ legal or trading name ] from [ trading address ]. If you want to ask anything about your data, write to [ email address ].

Browsing the site

Nothing is collected while you look. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script running before you answer the cookie notice, and if you decline, nothing is stored at all. Your answer is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us.

Buying something

To sell you a garment and get it to your door we need your name, your delivery address, an email address, and sometimes a phone number for the courier. We keep a record of what you bought and when.

We never see your card. Payment is taken by [ payment provider ], who handle the card details directly and only tell us whether the payment succeeded. Card numbers do not pass through this site and are not stored by us at any point.

Why we hold it

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked for it.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make an order work, and only the part they need:

Confirm. This list has to be complete and honest. Add anything else that touches customer data, including any analytics tool you switch on later.

Cookies

The notice at the foot of the site asks before anything non-essential loads. Declining is offered first and carries exactly the same weight as accepting, and choosing either one hides the notice and remembers your answer in your browser.

If you accept, we may use cookies to keep the contents of your bag between pages and to count which lots get looked at. If you decline, neither runs.

Confirm. Once a cart and any analytics are actually connected, list each cookie here by name, what it does and how long it lasts.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for [ number ] years because tax law requires it. Anything else, including messages that did not lead to a sale, is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can object to us using it, and you can ask for it in a portable form. Write to [ email address ] and we will answer within a month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to a regulator. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Confirm. Name the regulator for wherever you actually trade from. If that is not the UK, replace the line above.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant we will say so on the site rather than hoping you notice.
